Hey, I’m Cory Glasgow, and I help busy dads like you get rid of the dad bod and become strong, powerful father figures. I know what it’s like to feel out of shape, sluggish, and not like the man you once were. But I also know that deep down, you want more—you want to be the father your family looks up to, the man your wife is proud of, and the leader your kids admire. That’s where I come in.

With my online coaching program, I’ve helped men over 30 transform their bodies, regain their energy, and build the confidence they need to step up—not just in fitness but in life.
